Return Policy
At Al Diwan Kitchen Equipment, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand our guidelines for returns and refunds.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Equipment Not Installed or Turned On:Â We will only accept returns for equipment that has not been installed or turned on. If you have installed or used the equipment, it is considered non-returnable.
- Return Shipping Costs:Â Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This cost will not be covered by Al Diwan Kitchen Equipment.
- Return Authorization:Â Prior to returning any equipment, you must obtain a return authorization (RA) number from our customer support team. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Return Period:Â You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return and receive an RA number. After this period, returns may not be accepted.
- Return Condition:Â The equipment must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Any damage or missing components may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.
Refunds
We offer refunds for the following reason:
- Manufacturer Defects: If your equipment exhibits a manufacturer defect within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will provide a refund or replacement, as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms. The manufacturer’s warranty details are typically included with the equipment or available on the manufacturer’s website.
Refund Process
To request a refund for a manufacturer defect, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team to report the issue and initiate the refund process. Provide details of the defect, purchase information, and any relevant documentation.
- Once the issue is verified and the manufacturer’s warranty covers it, we will provide instructions on how to return the defective equipment.
- Return the equipment in accordance with the provided instructions, including obtaining an RA number.
- Once we receive the returned equipment and verify the manufacturer defect, we will process the refund or replacement per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
Please note that refunds will not be provided for reasons other than manufacturer defects. Returns for equipment that has been installed, used, or damaged through improper handling or misuse will not be accepted.
